Who We Are
Don't Call Me Charlie's Ice Cream focuses on natural ingredients, is produced locally in small batches, and offers flavors you can't find on the shelf. We all know that ice cream flavors have fun names and no doubt you will find those here as well.

In fact even the shop name is fun and tells a bit of the inside scoop of the business. Charlie is Tim and Ashlee's 4 year old daughter. For the longest time, she refused to be called by her given name, Charlie, and insisted on being called puppy, baby, llama, princess, Elsa, or whatever was the mood of the day. She also loooooooooves ice cream, so they figured they'd name the shop after her, but not in the traditional way.

Today she is generally OK with being called Charlie, however when naming the shop the family decided to honor her prior preference to avoid the name at all costs. Hence "Don't Call Me Charlie's" was chosen. The name is quirky and apparently the owners are a bit quirky too.
